Show Notes:

Learn how to add yoga nidra, iRest and yogic meditation to your daily practice with Dr. Richard Miller, a clinical psychologist turned researcher, yogic scholar and spiritual teacher. He joins us this week to talk about developing the inner resource of resiliency, responding to our emotions and thoughts in a healthy manner, and how to have an ongoing inner sense of joy regardless of what life is serving up!

His work is at the junction of psychology and spirituality, and is highly effective for changing difficult mental and emotional patterns and behaviors (I can attest to that!). Richard developed iRest – a transformative program based on yoga nidra that helped to heal PTSD in veterans, girls rescued from sex trafficking and people who’ve suffered trauma or are caught in a loop of anxiety and panic.

Tune in to learn how to use these powerful tools to move past adverse life experiences and cultivate inner wellbeing and happiness – in a sense your own inner doctor and therapist!
